Naa Adoley Azu is the Director for Compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Prior to this, Ms. Azu served as a High Court Judge within the Judicial Service of the Republic of Ghana. Ms. Azu previously worked for Cummins Inc. as an Affirmative Action Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager for Stationary and Non-Road Applications and Warranty Communications Manager and working within the Legal Department of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (National Service/Junior Legal Personnel). Ms. Azu received her bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana Legon, and holds a Master of Law Degree (LLM) from McGill University's Institute of Air & Space Law, an LLM from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law and a Certificate in Management and Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business in Evanston Illinois.
