Supporting the International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA) ensures the continuity of our mission of supporting women in aviation and aerospace, including established executives, students, and women beginning their careers. Our supporters fund networking platforms including regional Receptions and Connects for current and prospective members, our marquee event – IAWA’s Annual Conference, and help create future aviation and aerospace leaders through IAWA scholarships and internships. Supporters also receive year-long recognition and visibility on our website and social media, as well as unique benefits at our Annual Conference.
