Debra Santos is the Past President of the International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA). With over 40 years of experience, Debra retired from Boeing as the Chief Marketing Officer for Boeing Global Services. Her career at Boeing began in 1984 as an engineer, and she held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of International Strategy and Business Development, and Managing Director of Marketing for Europe. 

Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from the University of Washington. She also served in the United States Navy Reserve from 1985 to 1995 as an Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer. 

As IAWA President, Debra was instrumental in rebranding the organization to reflect its broader scope and launching initiatives like the "Committees and Communities" program to foster member engagement and leadership development.
