Donna Gerber serves as General Manager for Service Agreements Operations and Business Intelligence at GE Aerospace. She leads a global team that validates and executes commercial services contracts, helping aviation customers meet operational and financial goals. Her business intelligence team transforms operational data into decision-ready insights accelerating time to action. With nearly three decades in aviation, Donna has held roles in engineering, commercial, and operations, and has led teams across the Americas and EMEA. 

A long-standing advocate for women in aviation, she has been active in the GE Women’s Network for over 20 years helping lead the Women in Commercial and Working Parents groups, She has supported IAWA for more than a decade, initially working with the sponsorship committee and most recently championing GE’s engagement and participation at IAWA’s annual conference. 

Donna holds a bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a master’s in Information Technology and Business from Strathclyde Business School.  She and her husband, Jason, live a busy life cheering on their three sons—Jack, Leo, and Brody.
