The Path to Facilitation
- Submit Your Application below.
- Complete "Lean In" Training - To ensure our Facilitators have the tools to lead inclusive and productive groups, all leaders are required to complete a 1-hour Virtual Circle Leader Training.
- Verify & Setup - Once you’ve completed your training and are approved to lead a Community, we will set up your official IAWA LinkedIn Community, add you to the Facilitator Resource Group, and provide you with a Launch Toolkit.
- Launch & Lead - Host your first meeting, invite your network, and start shaping the future of your community!
Responsibilities of Facilitator
- Community Administrator on Linkedin: You will receive inquiries when other IAWA members want to join. You approve new members.
- Attend Quarterly Meetings with the VP Events: A time to gather with your fellow IAWA Community Facilitators to share ideas and provide feedback, photos and quotes.
