Nackia Salmon is a change catalyst, ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Leadership & Organizational Development professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, mother of 3 sons, wife to her hero and best friend. As the CEO & Founder of Nackia Salmon Global Consulting LLC, she partners with leaders and organizations who are committed to delivering world class business results, co-create a problem solving, resilient, high performance and inclusive culture. Her consulting focus areas include lean business management; leadership and organizational transformation program management; executive and professional coaching; team workshop facilitation and keynote speaking.

Nackia is passionate about purpose and living with intention with almost 2 decades leading operational excellence, technological and organizational transformations in the aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain management, power management, communication and information technology industries. After completing GE’s Information Technology Leadership program, she took on various leadership roles with increasing responsibilities across different businesses including GE Appliances and GE Aerospace with a brief tenure at Ryder System, Inc in between. She then subsequently joined Cisco where she led Change Management Strategy and Enablement in the Cisco Operations organization for over 80K employees.

Nackia’s super power is her ability to co-create safe spaces that enables courageous conversations, grace and authenticity to thrive. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University.
